SASALA is a name we took from a kitchen-cleaning tool Sasala. It is a bamboo brush to scrub dirt away from pans and woks.
We named our restaurant SASALA because we believe kitchen cleaning is an important part of excellent customer service.

Our commitment

We offer a variety of delicious ramen noodles including Tantan-men and Shoyu ramen. Our Tantan-men is not so spicy as usual ones.
SASALA has a range of seasonings so that you can adjust the taste to your preference. You can also choose a spiciness level ranging from 1 to 4. Use sansho pepper, black pepper, or chili oil if you like.
We use safe and secure ingredients including noodles, soy sauce, sesame, and green onion.
